Problem
In ViewerFX a 'Column Name' Error was generated when trying to open a Crystal Report.

Reason
Parameters with duplicate names existed inside the report. Parameters are not allowed to have the same name within a report except when a sub-report exists. The main report and the sub-report contain a parameter with identical names.

Solution A
A new version of ViewerFX (verson 1.0.4) has been authored and is ready for download here.

Solution B
Modify the Crystal Report and change the names of the affected parameters to make them unique.
