Problem
In ViewerFX certain reports would only display the first page.

Reason
Depending on the way a report was designed the page count could not be determined when the report was initially opened. This caused ViewerFX to return an invalid page count of 1.

Solution
A new version of ViewerFX (verson 1.0.5) has been authored and is ready for download here.

Affected versions
1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 1.0.3, 1.0.4
