OUR SIMPLE 3 STEP PROCESS
Assessment Phase
Phase one is an assessment period. This is when we sit down and discuss your reporting needs. We provide the assistance to help you articulate your Crystal Report requirements. A brief overview of tasks included in this phase is:
- Discuss your reporting needs
- Develop a plan, time frame and proposal
- Discuss logistics for accessing your data sources
Production Phase
The next step is to take these project discussions and ready them for production. Our objectives here are to arrive at an approved Crystal Report design concept and follow through with the fulfillment of the project. During this phase of brainstorming, development and presentation, we will work in the following stages:
- Collect your content (i.e. text, logos)
- Develop your Crystal Report
- Gain approval of report design
- Report refinement
Implementation Phase
Finally, we come to the last stage that we refer to as the implementation phase. We produce all of the necessary Crystal Report files that satisfy the project requirements. The final steps are:
- Produce deliverables for project
- Verify report functionality
- Provide optional Crystal Report Viewer for end-user report distribution
