01 — Before you start
What you'll need.
You need both a Product Key (provided after purchase) and a Client Key (generated by your ViewerFX® installation). The Client Key ties activation to a specific machine, so use the Client Key from the computer you want to activate.
- Your ViewerFX® Product Key from your purchase confirmation
- The Client Key shown in the activation window of ViewerFX® on the target computer
- The edition you purchased (Desktop or Server)
- The email address where activation confirmation should be sent
02 — Activation
Activate your license.
Submit the form below and we'll validate your product key and email confirmation to the address you provide. Activation usually takes a few seconds.
