01 — Engagement model
Senior-led, scope-honest.
Every Origin engagement is led by senior engineers with twenty-plus years of production experience. We don't staff engagements with junior bench, we don't burn hours without strategic value, and we don't take on work we can't deliver well. If we're not the right fit for what you're building, we'll say so.
That's the trade-off of working with a small studio. We take on fewer engagements than larger firms, but the people who pitch the work are the people who do the work. Start to finish, no handoffs.

Strategic advisory
For teams that need senior thinking before senior building, we offer focused advisory engagements. Common engagements include architecture review, technology strategy, AI enablement assessments, and modernization roadmaps. Advisory engagements are typically shorter than build engagements, with deliverables structured around decisions you need to make.
